I need someone to code something for me....

Situation.
I have lots of words. These words have definitions and categories.
and some of them are trademarks. Some words can belong to several categories.

Example:

Multipoint
Category: Technical, Marketing
Definition: One or more types of connections in a single device.
Letter case: Multipoint
Trademark: No

Sound On
Category: Marketing.
Definition: Products with sound enhanced, normally HI-FI sound.
Letter case: Sound On in body text, SOUND ON in headers.
Trademark: No

and so on.......

What I want is to be able to use Microsoft word for instance or Outlook and be able to get prompt each time I write one of these words, so that I get the possibility to chose what instance of the word I want to use.
I imagine that when I write something and I use one word from the list or database, that this word appear in green or something so that I know I have to right click on it and use the correct form. So if I wrote the word in small case, that by right clicking I would get the options I need, whether it is the definition of the word, or the case or if it is a trademark, so that the TM comes up automatically if I chose to use it.

Any one with an idea as how this can be achieved? Maybe there is a program already out that do that.
