Hjælp til tolknig af fejl

Kære eksperter

Jeg prøver at installere et program der hedder moveslink2, men får en fejlmelding på min w8.1 computer. Virker fint på w7. Burde også virke på w8.1

Hej Jacob

Mange tak for svar.

Har lige kørt "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup" + "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" i CMD. Startede Movelink2 igen uden held. Fik samme fejlmeddelelse :-(

Jeg så bare fejlkoden: 0x800736B3 og den søgte jeg lidt på.

Har fået svar fra movescount support, og det virkede heldigvis.

We do apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you, Allan.

Regarding you concern, kindly follow the steps below:

-Disable Firewall, Antivirus and proxy settings on the computer.
-Copy C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 in the Windows folder address bar and hit enter. Delete any folders / files in the 2.0 folder.
3. Go to Start-> type %AppData% in Search programs and files field then press enter. Open the 'Suunto' folder then 'Moveslink2' folder.
-If you are using Internet Explorer to download we suggest trying with a different browser, such as Google Chrome. Try again downloading and installing Moveslink2 from http://www.movescount.com/connect/moveslink/Suunto_Ambit
- Right click on the downloaded setup file and if there is an option to "Unblock" please click it. Run the setup as administrator.
If still fails, please follow these steps:

1. Uninstall existing Moveslink2 from the Control Panel of your Computer.

2. Once done uninstalling Moveslink2, please remove 2.0 folder by copying this file path: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 and paste it to the Search bar under Start Menu.

3. After removing 2.0 folder, download this .zip version of Moveslink2:

4. Save the .zip file to Desktop or any destination that you can easily see it, then extract the archive in a new Moveslink2 folder.

In extracting file, make sure to right click the .zip file then go to 7zip and click on exract to "Moveslink2\" or if you do not have an option for 7zip, you can just click Extract All.

5. Once done extracting, in the extracted new Moveslink2 folder you will find Application Files and Moveslink2. Open Application files then Go to Moveslink2_x_x_xxx folder.

6. In the Moveslink2_x_x_xxx, you will find the application unpacked. Look for Moveslink2 with the little red M icon

7. Right click on Moveslink2, select Properties and then, if in any case there would be a window that it shows an option to Unblock, kindly click on it.

8. If you are in the Properties Window, click on Compatibility Tab then make sure that the checkbox for Run this program as an adminstrator is checked then click apply and hit OK.

9. You will be back seeing Moveslink2 as one of the options in the Moveslink2_x_x_xxx folder, then right click again the Moveslink2, hover your mouse to "Send to" then click Desktop. It will create shortcut to the desktop.

10. From the Moveslink2 shortcut in the desktop, kindly manually open it by double clicking the file so you can already connect your watch.

Moveslink2 has to be opened manually for the initial setup but the next time you will connect your watch, it should already recognize the watch automatically.

If all else fails, please provide us a screenshot of the error, the Anti-Virus version if you have any or Windows Firewall version and lastly event logs from your computer.

To get the event logs please follow these:

1. Click Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer
2. On the Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Double Click Application > Choose Save All Events As > Put a File Name and Save.
3. The save file can be found in the Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application > Open Saved Logs.
